- Tower Bridge is closed over the Christmas and New Year period; tower of London exclusion dates vary throughout the year. The Shakedown Bar & Restaurant does not operate on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, 1 January and bank holidays; 14th February is dinner only
- Please allow at least three hours for the Tower of London, up to 90 minutes for the Tower Bridge Exhibition and 90 minutes for dining
- Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over
- Wheelchair accessible, though some parts of the Tower of London may be unsuitable for wheelchair users
- Casual attire is recommended
- Once booked and confirmed, the package is non-refundable or transferable
