About the experience
Discover the art of distillation with this immersive experience for two at SIXTOWNS. Guided by expert distillers, you’ll craft your own bespoke bottle of gin, rum or vodka using professional equipment and your choice of botanicals. Enjoy a welcome drink, a tour of the distillery, and an engaging hands-on session.
What do I need to know?
- Your voucher is valid for two people
- Available Fridays at 6:30pm, year round
- Minimum age: 18 years
- You should allow two to three hours for this experience
- This experience is not suitable for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding due to alcohol exposure
- Over intoxicated guests will not be permitted to take part due to safety around hot surfaces
- The Spirit Academy takes place in an upstairs distillery room with no lift access; limited accessible arrangements may be possible on request
- Please contact the venue for cancellation or booking amends in advance
- In the unlikely event that SIXTOWNS must cancel or postpone an experience, guest will be offered an alternative date or their voucher returned

Sunday Afternoon Treat
A lovely afternoon. The tour told you a bit if history about gin distilling over the years and went on to show the actual units used for the six towns Gins. We we're also told about the story behind the owners. And then the tasting back in the lovely bar was absolutely great. It's all set out and you just do it all as you please. I cannot recommend this enough great value for money too.
