Voucher value not made clear
We visited the Lucky Cat for afternoon tea. When the bill was presented, it did not have any record of the voucher. This was quickly rectified by the venue. We then discovered that the voucher did not cover the cost of the experience (excluding the drinks we purchased. I would expect this to be made clear at the time of booking, to avoid unnecessary embarrassment and time wasting for the venue.

Very good
High expectations as my husband and I love an afternoon tea. This is not traditional English fare. Quite different to be honest, didn't think much of the sandwiches as they really lacked flavour or any kind. Sushi was ok as I have definitely had better. The restaurant and waiting staff make it a great experiences.
