Disappointing
Firstly; the positives. The staff in the ‘spa’ were brilliant and the food was amazing. That was it. This should not be marketed as a spa day. There is a pool. A jacuzzi that could fit 4 people max in. A tiny steam room and a tiny sauna. The changing rooms are like the ones at your local swimming pool. We dragged out 3 hours including lunch before we made the decision to leave. Absolutely not worth the money spent on the voucher. There was only 8 beds round the pool. The rest were plastic garden chairs. There was no where for us to sit. The food we had was lovely. However the server didn’t speak two words and we didn’t even get asked if we wanted a drink. Granted he bought us some water but it would have been nice to be asked if we would like anything else to drink.
