Spa Day with Lunch at Greenwoods Hotel and Spa for Two

Sink into a full day of calm at Greenwoods Hotel and Spa in Essex, with the run of the sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and gym for two, plus lunch from the spa menu. Slip into the 20-metre pool for a few lazy lengths, then let the heat rooms do their work before you fold yourself into a lounger and doze the afternoon away. The 4-star hotel sits in secluded grounds with lovely gardens, so there's little to hear beyond birdsong. Lunch turns up just as the hunger hits.
