Lovely Spa day
Great day at Berystede Hotel. The afternoon tea and treatment included worked very well. Nice relaxing day, not over busy even at a weekend.
If anything needs improving it’s the sandwich content, very cheap fillings for a very nice hotel. Tuna Mayonnaise was just a paste. Very thin ham. Nothing special but were edible. Cakes and scones were nice.

Mediocre experience
Spa treatment was good but afternoon tea was bland and spa became so busy there was nowhere to sit and relax for much of the time. We left early as we didn’t consider sitting in reception for a spa day relaxing. Not a terrible experience but very disappointing.

Massage and facial outstanding
The spa and massage and facial were outstanding. Very strange not to supply cups for hot drinks at a luxury spa !
Also afternoon was awful !

Perfect Treat Day
Redeeming the voucher was easy and reminders were recieved from Buyagift and the Spa of the upcoming day. The hotel was lovely and the treatment was excellent. We went on a very hot day and they did not have an outdoor poor but a lovely hot tub, however it was so hot you couldn't sit in it and needed to be turned down. The afternoon tea was nice.

Spa day with afternoon tea
Having been to the hotel previously for a spa day with afternoon tea we felt rather disappointed not as good as before waited ages to get served wrong sandwiches were served our daughters ordered a soft drink which we paid extra for but they were not served any tea or coffee at all. I asked for coffee and was served tea , last time the afternoon tea was fantastic sadly not so this time.
