Fabulous day in Glasgow
We had a fantastic day looking around Glasgow City Centre. Food and refreshments were excellent. Staff made the day with the interaction and sing sing at end. Highly recommend it.

Exemplary response to a problem.
We haven’t had our Red Bus Afternoon Tea just yet….this review is to celebrate the way in which Kenny and his team dealt with a problem with our booking. I made a complaint about service and the response was prompt, kind, generous and thoroughly professional. Based on our experience I would recommend this company to anyone, everyone, for integrity and customer care.

Rip off
Dreadful experience. No commentary. Thought we were getting glasgow tour with comnentary. Instead we went round Merchant city 3 times no commentary. Then toilet stop at transport museum. Food was mediocre as well as sparse. Felt completely ripped off 4 price paid. Have sent email 2 u regarding this
