  Available Sundays, year round excluding bank holiday and Valentine's weekends. For the best availability please book at least eight weeks in advance. Please note, once a booking is made it cannot be cancelled or changed. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age: 18 years. The venue has disabled access; please note there are gradual steps in the swimming pool and steep steps in the Hydropool and Plunge pool.

• Duration Detail

  Spa evening is from 6pm–10pm.

• Numbers On The Day

  Groups of more than six people are not permitted.

• Dress Code

  Please bring swim and gym wear. Towels, flip-flops and robes will be provided. Clothing must be worn in the bar and restaurant after 6pm.
