  • Tower of London exclusion dates vary throughout the year. The Shakedown Bar & Restaurant does not operate on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, 1st January and bank holidays; 14th February is dinner only
  • Please allow a minimum of three hours at the Tower of London and 90 minutes for dining
  • Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult
  • Casual attire is recommended
  • Disabled access is limited in some areas of Tower of London due to stairs and narrow passageways
  • Once booked, vouchers are non-refundable
