Booked for family outing
Haven't been yet! Looking forward to it. As I book through Buy a Gift, I had to do a bit of work to make sure we could use the voucher when we were planning to go. The inamo website makes you book their experiences or al la carte menu bookings so I called up directly. The lady was very nice on the phone but I had to email the reservations team with my voucher. I tried the email 3 times before it went through. It would have been useful to add this information on the advert or a contact number. I attached my voucher in the email and was asked for it again so they obviously missed that! We have had confirmation back now. Just a bit annoying that it isn't more a simple process booking. Still it has not hindered our excitement in going.
