Two lovely days
We had a lovely break at the Sitwell arms mainly down to the staff especially Rhiann, Sally and the lady in the restaurant in the evening who were so helpful and friendly, the food was very good for the evening meals especially the fish and chips ! Best we have had in years ! The only downside was the room which was dated but comfortable , we loved the walks right next to the hotel . Thank you for a memorable and enjoyable visit

Food very good . Great treat. Good value for money. Parts of the hotel require updating . Our room has been updated. Bathroom a little tired.

Great Value
Hotel was very comfortable and welcoming.The staff friendly and helpful. Dinner, Afternoon Tea and Breakfast were all excellent. A lovey stay that we enjoyed, so we paid for an extra night.

Lovely Getaway
I chose the Sitwell Arms as the locations seemed great and it stated you got 4 poster room which compared to some of the other choices of places to stay seemed the to be the best. I am glad I did the room was lovely and the staff and food amazing. If you love walking the trans penine trail can be accessed right at side of the hotel. Would definitely recommend.
