Nice gift shame about hotel and location
We were really looking forward to idyllic sceenary waking around a high street and shopping centre was not the plan, due to the hotel location, its not a good start when the person on reception says there is not much ro see around here but there is a TKMAXX? however the museum visit was good.
The hotel staff were excellent, it's unfortunate for them that they have to work in a hotel that doesn't look as good inside as it does on the outside.
The dining areas looked the most updated as it didn't for the rest of the hotel, the food was ok although it did seem to take a while.
The decor around the rest of the hotel was old and in need of refurbishment, the room was basic and again needs a refurbish.
If the hotel staff weren't so pleasant it would have been a lot worse, I would stay here again
