Two Night Luxury Stay with Breakfast and Leisure Access for Two at Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel

we took this break as one of our treats as we are cerebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary we spent our 1st in Bournemouth so we thought we would do the same for our 50th wedding anniversary love Bournemouth, we have used your vouchers many times they are brilliant

It was lovely to spend two nights in Bournemouth west cliff hotel. The breakfast was lovely, the rooms were good but only disadvantage is they only given two bottles of water when you arrive, no water for tea and coffee, after that you have to buy your own. Also need to sort out toilets where the water was not going. Apart from that had a lovely time.

A lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and smallish, but relaxing room. The wind did tend to waft through the small gap in the bathroom window, so needs fixing. Good food and very good service.

The hotel is centrally located and is a nice place to relax in the bar area with very friendly and polite waiting staff. Unfortunately the food wasn't great - we had dinner and our meals came out not more than five minutes after we ordered, indicating that they were not freshly prepared and/or microwaved. Also my husband was enquiring at the front desk where we get towels or robes from for the swimming pool and the response he got was literally 'I wouldn't know'; unbelievably rude and unhelpful. The hotel car park was very convenient but it seems a bit unfair charging hotel customers £10 per day for its usage.
