Retirement gift
The hotel was beautiful and well appointed
We had a superb room with a balcony overlooking the Menai Straights, with facilities to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The staff were friendly and helpful. We are in the restaurant for all our night stays and there was plenty of choice on the menu. Good service throughout would recommend this hotel with no hesitation.

Lovely hotel, evening meal not as good
Staff were fantastic, the decor was really lovely. The room was small but spotless - the bathroom was very small so just beware if you are larger as you may struggle with the shower. Breakfast was very good and lovely views out to the sea in the conservatory. The only thing that let it down was the evening meal. I picked the vegetarian roasted veg but it was the strangest meal I have ever been served with such a weird combination of foods but also quite bland. My husbands meal was also fine but not great. I would however still stay in the place again as it was really nice.
