About the experience
Step into the canopy for a two-night break in a striking, designer-created treehouse in Wales, set in woodland on the edge of Snowdonia. Cosy and comfortable in every season, it’s a wonderful off-grid retreat with no electricity – instead, solar lanterns and twinkly lights set the mood after dark. Inside, a Swedish-designed interior pairs retro touches with a luxurious sleeping setup of either a double bed or two singles, while a wood burning stove warms the space and heats the spring water shower, with a hotplate ready for self-catered meals. Even the en suite comes with a twist: a Swedish compost toilet reached over a rope bridge.
