Discover how to create your own fresh salads and fragrant vegetable curry dishes. This three-hour cookery class at School of Wok will teach you the secrets to aromatic and delicious Thai cuisine. Cook up a mouth-watering butternut squash red curry, green papaya salad, sticky rice and vegetable spring rolls! Be taught by the head chef how to slice and dice like a pro with a Chinese cleaver and create traditional curry paste with a pestle and mortar. Enjoy this hands-on experience and learn the essentials of Thai seasoning using herbs and spices. After cooking up some tasty Thai creations, sit down with the rest of the class and enjoy them with a glass of wine.

What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available on selected dates of the month, year round
• The class will last for around 2½ hours with 30 minutes to enjoy your creations alongside a glass of wine

• Class usually has between 8–16 students with a head chef and assistant chef
• Under 18s will need an adult, who must also purchase a voucher, to accompany them on the course
