AEFUL BOOKING EXPERIENCE
Warwick castle as a day out was great however a couple of things to point out firstly it would’ve been cheaper just to simply have booked directly. Secondly the booking experience was awful. It took three days to book an intervention from customer services where they had to book it themselves at the 11th hour causing a huge amount of stress. Thirdly the system has aired repeatedly and where I tried to use the overage towards ANOTHER experience my bankcard has been debited without any proof of purchase or I credit to redeem against or without confirmation that a product is on its way awful Service no wonder the bad reviews. I will never use by a gift again. The lack of support from customer services is terrible and I would never advocate by a gift booked directly is cheaper quicker easier and I would never buy someone a buy gift voucher as the stress is not worth the excitement of a gift.
