- During the treatment your body is exposed to extremely low temperatures (reaching -130°C) while you stand in an individual-sized enclosure – your head remains outside at room temperature
- Treatments are limited to a maximum of three minutes per session and it is recommended to start with 90 seconds of exposure to determine cold tolerance
- Overexposure to the cold temperatures may cause chilblain
- You must avoid inhaling the nitrogen fumes during treatment
- You must have dry skin and avoid application of lotions or moisturisers prior to treatment
- Treatment is not suitable for those who are pregnant and there is no disabled access
- You may end the procedure at any time
