In a small group, you'll get to know the Reformer, springs and core Pilates Principles with individual guidance from a clinically trained instructor. A pair of grip socks is included, so you can step into the studio ready to build confidence, understand the equipment and begin moving with more control.
What do I need to know?

- Cancellations or rescheduling are free when made more than 36 hours before the booked experience, or less, subject to status; late cancellations will incur the full fee
