Brace yourselves for a plunge down the world's longest and tallest tunnel slide, where the four of you take on 178 metres of twists and turns at the ArcelorMittal Orbit in London. Ride the lift 76 metres up first, where panoramic views stretch right across the city and landmarks like St Paul's Cathedral and The Shard come sharply into focus. Then it's onto your mat for 12 dizzying loops at speeds of up to 15mph. You'll be back on solid ground in around 34 seconds, grinning and a little giddy.
