Spa Day with 50 Minute Treatment and Lunch or Afternoon Tea for Two at Brooklands Hotel 10583309

This birthday gift for my husband was made perfect with a chill spa and excellent food and birthday treat from the chef. Thank you for your efforts chef. The massage with scrub was a little disappointing, areas were missed neck, side of body and upper thighs. Moisturising massage after was nice and beautician very pleasant . Thank you

Enjoyed the excellent facial and the facilities. The lunch was a £15 budget, plus a free soft drink. Disappointing users of hotel are charged parking charges, and whilst 2 hours are free it is not advertised in the car park, so do not pay anything until you reach reception.

My sister and I purchased this a gift for each other’s birthdays. It was a perfect, well organised day with time scheduled so the facilities were not overcrowded, which helped make us feel safe during the current times. The afternoon tea was delicious and our treatments were amazing. We are looking to go again soon!

The day was not what I expected, only 25 mins in hot tub and 25 mins in the sun room. 50 minute facial was lovely . Lunch you got £15 each but everything o. The menu over £15 so you end up spending more money. Overall I would not recommend as I did not find this relaxing just stressful .

All good with the Brooklands Spa experience, lovely stuff. Seemingly quite tricky for them to register the booking on the day and weren't able to give timings until the day so we did feel a bit rushed and lost some hot tub time because we were waiting for conferring staff to work out how to process the voucher.

This was the first time to this Spa. All staff were helpful and friendly and you were put at ease. The lockers in the changing rooms can be problematic if you are small as my friend was as she had to climb up to reach which was difficult for her although I’m sure this could have been changed. With COVID restrictions in place everything was timed, this worked well. My only criticism would be the sun room where nobody was around to direct and we only had a half of the session planned. The facial was excellent, so relaxing, rejuvenating and professional. The lunch was good and the waiting staff lovely.

I have been here before so know how lovely this gift is however it has changed a little since I last went. The treatment was AMAZING, and the venue did time slots for each area due to Covid restrictions which worked really well. However the time change over time meant that everyone got changed at the same time in a small changing room and had to wait. You are offered tea and coffee but you have to pay for this. Lunch has an allocation but most of the items are over this price, and you only get 2 hours of parking for free! We ended up paying approx another £30 for the little extras that isn’t really made clear to you. Overall a nice treat - lunch and treatments were superb but the little “extras” of paying for parking and a tea/coffee maybe need to be included.

A friend bought me the spa day with lunch or afternoon tea for my birthday. We chose the lunch option and arrived close to 9am so we could maximise our day. The staff were friendly and helpful and we immediately booked the meditation room and sunlight lounge, before spending time in the outdoor spa watching the cars race around the Mercedes Benz World track! Our lunch was delicious, fresh and very hot and my body wrap treatment left me feeling very relaxed. We didn't use the sauna or steam room so I don't know how good they were - we might have remembered to use them if they weren't situated in the changing rooms! If I had to say anything negative it was that the two of us were only issued with one access card, so we had to stick together all morning! Having said that, I'm sure if we'd asked for one we would have been given a second card.

Location is lovely. Staff are very nice. The spa facilities are quite small and the hot tub was not very warm. The afternoon tea was very nice (slightly basic) and a good amount for two. The staff were not that attentive as they also work in the spa so we had to walk round and ask for more tea. Also while waiting for our massage later in the afternoon, there were half eaten afternoon tea stands on the bar area opposite us, not a nice feel as many staff walked passed them to get water and didn’t remove them.
