What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for two people
- Available Monday-Thursday, year round. Weekends are available for a supplementary charge, payable directly to the venue
- Please book 6-8 weeks in advance
- Spa is open from 9am-7pm
- Lunch is served 12pm-1.30pm
- Minimum age: 16 years
- Please inform the restaurant of any dietary requirements when booking
- Please bring swimwear, plus gym wear for the fitness suite
- The dress code for the restaurant is smart-casual

Lively spa experience
Facilities were ok, not the best I’ve seen and limited loungers by the pool but the facial treatment was absolutely amazing. Lunch was nice but it doesn’t include any drinks apart from tap water so be aware that you’ll be spending additional money. Overall a nice relaxing spa experience.

Wonderful spa day
The venue is impressive, well managed and spotlessly clean.
The facial was memorable, the products used were wonderful and the shoulder and scalp massage were truly relaxing.
Lunch was delicious and beautifully presented but sadly the pork belly wasn't as tender as it ought to be.
Pool, sauna etc were made a great ending to a lovely day.
Would highly recommend.

Mixed experience, lovely staff, great food, but treatments fell short
We had a pleasant day overall, but with a few ups and downs. The spa staff were welcoming on arrival, and while the facilities were fairly standard, the pool temperature was comfortable and the relaxation rooms were fantastic — especially the heated loungers. One thing missing was timers in the sauna rooms, which would have been helpful.
Lunch at the Ellis Restaurant was a real highlight. The staff were courteous and friendly, and a big shout-out to Jacob for his excellent service. The two-course lunch was delicious and great value.
Unfortunately, the treatments didn’t meet expectations. Mine was okay, but my husband was left dissatisfied. We shared this with the spa manager, who listened, apologised, and offered remuneration, which we appreciated.
Some lovely moments, especially in the restaurant and relaxation areas, but improvements to the treatments would make the experience much stronger.

Lovely enjoyable day
We had a lovely day at the spa and the food was delicious. The only downside was the lockers were difficult to use and the sauna was out of action.
