Lovely gift wrong hotel

I thought the smart box itself was a lovely idea for me and my boyfriend, but the hotel we chose was the wrong choice for us. The hotel itself was lovely but I found the staff to be rude and judgmental to the fact we are in our early 20's and that we used a smartbox voucher.
