Fab break
12 November 2020
Fab time away. Location was great. Pods are as expected. The new owners are looking to do some shower and washing up facilities refurbishment. This will really make yaphold Farm a fantastic glamping experience

Immaculate quiet site with great facilities but some significant issues
15 September 2019
Well equipped pods and clean warm toilet block made it a great site. They were nicely decorated and well maintained. A heater, TV, electric points and side tables in the pod meant we were able to have a nice break whatever the weather. The site was immaculately clean and quiet, and really well located for walks, pubs and restaurants, shopping and more. But.... The main problem was the sofa bed has a hard metal ridge down the middle making it incredibly uncomfortable and stopped us sleeping. The vinyl covering on the sofa bed was great for cleanliness and hygiene, but made it sweaty and unpleasant even with a sheet on top. The toilets and showers were pleasant clean and effective, but very cramped. The shower cubicles had large shower trays, but a really minute dry area to change and store your towels, toiletries and clothes (clean and dirty) - with only one hook and no room for a small chair or stool. The sinks were very close to the cubicle doors and it was tight for people to access the cubicles if someone was at a sink. There is no space to wait inside if the cubicles are occupied. There are 3 toilets and 2 showers for accommodation serving at least 22 people, which is a bit mean. A single domestic sink unit which was not firmly fixed in a lean to without a door was equally mean feeling, and free WUL was a nice touch but no substitute. Other improvements that would have a massive impact would be mini fridges in each pod (there is plenty of room) or a communal fridge. For us, those touches are the difference between our normal basic camping and glamping. There is loads of space on the site, the sense that these facilities had been skimped on was a real shame as it was a lovely location and generally nice site which could easily have been really fabulous.

No glam in glamping
12 July 2018
No glam in it. The site is crowded and facilities are very basic and limited. Mainly the site is a disappointment.

Glamping weekend
11 February 2018
Welcomed by friendly owner. Campsite is in a good location with a pretty little town with shops & restaurants a few miles away. The pod was comfortable but the radiator was too small to heat the pod sufficiently when the weather outside is very cold. Although the shower block was kept immaculate there are only 2 toilets & showers so expect a queue if the campsite is full. On the whole we enjoyed our stay and would recommend site to others just make sure you pack warm blankets as well as your sleeping bags

Great base for exploring East Coast
01 August 2017
Arrived on the Friday, met by Steve (the owner) explained everything we needed to know and filled us in on the nearby towns and places of interest, places to walk the dog both on and off lead. The Pods are spacious and sofa/bed is adequate, shower/toilet block was really clean and toiletries provided if you forget your own at no cost. Some food items can be purchased from Janet and Steve, Bacon, eggs and marg as well as portable BBQ's. Great place for exploring the East coast and all the villages inbetween. Will definitely return to this little gem of a campsite, either with the tent or in a Pod.
