Super easy to book the experience with clear instructions, really looking forward to afternoon tea which was a Christmas gift ??

Upon arriving the receptionist greeted us with a smile and was very helpful. The waitress for lunch was lovely and the food very tasty and a good size portion. The spa facilties were very relaxing, had a lovely ambience with helpful staff. Everywhere was clean and tidy. We will be back for sure and have already recommended to everyone at work.

My friend and I bought the Afternoon tea and spa package for £36, which was half the direct hotel price and were really impressed. The afternoon tea, sandwiches, cakes were lovely. We wished it came with a cafeteire if coffee or a teapot but happy with 1 coffee each. The pool area was clean, lovely loungers to relax into. The pool was too cold, as commented by other women so we didn't swim but relaxed at the side instead. It was easy to book with Buy a gift company and I would use them again, I just wouldn't go back to the this spa again

Spa day for two with afternoon tea . We had a really nice day . The spa is in the basement so it is dimly lit which is so relaxing . The chill out room is nice but luckily the sun came out and we anaged to sit o a lounger to enjoy the rays ! We managed to squeeze in a few lengths of the main Pool which is iike a huge conservatory . The afternoon tea was so nice , lovely fresh sandwiches served by a lovely waitress who went the extra mile . All the staff were polite and friendly . Thank you guys , will return again.

This is a great deal. It’s the second time we have taken advantage of it at this hotel and had a lovely day. Full use of facilities, 2 treatments and lunch for 2 people it makes a lovely treat.
