Amazing spa experience for my mum’s birthday. The spa is clean, smells amazing, the staff are polite and helpful, the spa facilities where not over crowded like others I have been to, changing rooms are clean and have working hairdryers and styling tongues. We upgraded our treatments for a minimal cost but well worth it, I had a back and head massage with the right amount of pressure requested and a facial that left made skin looking glowing ??Harriet was lovely and the first time I’ve fell asleep on an experience . Our lunch upstairs was delicious we had a chicken burger that was filling and again staff so helpful . We will definitely be booking again Thank you Rena spa and the Midland.
