So relaxing, can't wait to go again!
Amazing money for what you get - the massage / facial was so relaxing, and the afternoon tea was wonderful. I will definitely book again. The spa area was very small and the infrared booth was out of service. Also, the spa area smelled weird, incl. the towels. Changing rooms could also be maintained better: lots of hair everywhere.

Renaissance heathrow convenient for pre holiday stay. Large hotel overlooking runways.
Clean comfortable room. Executive lounge access for snacks and happy hour drinks also continental breakfast. We had full breakfast in restaurant.

Brilliant day
What a lovely afternoon. Superb service delicious savouries and cakes and lots of choice of tea and coffee. Lovely setting with windows overlooking Hyde Park and our waiter Vivian couldn’t have been more helpful. Topped off with staff singing happy birthday to my friend and presenting her with an extra cake and iced birthday greeting .

Stunning and sophisticated
From the moment we walked into the beautiful sophisticated surroundings, the staff were friendly and attentive.
The food was stunning, I would say its in my top three for the year so far, as so love afternoon tea treats.
Bubbles, amazing tea selection and the glorious food that was delicate but had multiple layering of flavours.
Thoroughly recommend x
