Best birthday gift spa day
Amazing spa experience for my mum’s birthday.
The spa is clean, smells amazing, the staff are polite and helpful,
the spa facilities where not over crowded like others I have been to, changing rooms are clean and have working hairdryers and styling tongues.
We upgraded our treatments for a minimal cost but well worth it, I had a back and head massage with the right amount of pressure requested and a facial that left made skin looking glowing ??Harriet was lovely and the first time I’ve fell asleep on an experience .
Our lunch upstairs was delicious we had a chicken burger that was filling and again staff so helpful .
We will definitely be booking again

Brilliant gift
Loved my back massage. The whole spa was relaxed, clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Champagne afternoon tea was everything you'd expect at the Midland Hotel. Will definitely come again and recommend it.

Birthday Spa day
The service and massage was lovely. The sauna was on the small side and could only fit about 3 people. The main disappointment was that we were told that the afternoon tea was no longer available on the date that we booked so it was switched to a light lunch. I was told that the lunch was 3 courses but when we got to the bar area, we were told it was only one course with choices like soup or burger or salad. I was told by the waiter that if we had come in the evening, it would have been a 3 course dinner included. The light lunch was very poor value compared to afternoon tea or the dinner.
