Enjoyable afternoon tea in beautiful hotel
We had an amazing afternoon tea at this hotel. The staff went over and above to make you feel very welcome with nothing being too much trouble. The food was excellent. We like to score our afternoon teas out of 10 and this definitely deserved a 10!!

Lovely stay at the hotel, room nice & clean breakfast lovely. What I did ant like is how much extra we had to pay for the room, my sister & her husband book the same day & room direct with holiday inn for a much lower price.

A Nice experience
A lovely afternoon looking out across the Birmingham skyline on a bright sunny afternoon. The afternoon tea was so plentiful that we could not eat it all and had to bring some home! Plenty of hot tea, with refills on request. Would highly recommend.

A great way to spend a couple of hours
Arrived a little early but it was not an issue and we were shown to out reserved table. Venue was well decorated with lovely smells of brewing. Food was quick to arrive and tasted lovely. Beer was also nice, so much so that we stayed a little longer and had a few more. We will no doubt be back.
