Great day, lovely people, can't recommend highly enough
I did the 5 hour just for fun session and made a viking knife (which will be doing a lot of work on our cheese board). The 2 instructors I had, Benjy and Jean, were brilliant. Really patient and helpful, and worked really well with all the group to make sure we got the best out of the day. I'm really happy with my little knife, and already convincing myself I need to do the Cu Mai course at some point soon. Thanks everyone for a brilliant day.

Relaxed and knowledgeable,Steve has many stories of life on the river, the birds,water animals and the local history.
He has the sharpest ears to catch the songs of Goldcrests , Black Caps and Kingfishers to help us spot the tiny , elusive birds.
