Was really easy to locate, the team were great and such a fun experience!

Entertaining teens can be a challenge but this was a great mum and son activity for a Saturday night. Pitched just right for difficulty - got very tense at the end but we made it - JUST! Staff super friendly and helpful, free parking and well stocked cafe. Would certainly reccomended!

Truly amazing- so much fun- just like it was on the TV

We loved this experience and it was amazing value. It was great from start to finish. The keeper was professional and informative. The animals were adorable and very friendly. We enjoyed feeding and interacting with them very much. We were given plenty of time with them and weren’t at all rushed. You get reduced advanced entry to the zoo when you purchase this experience, which makes it even better value overall. The wider zoo is lovely and we made the most of seeing the other animals when we had finished our experience. Would highly recommend this as a present or just a treat to yourself.

We did this with 6 adults and 2 under 18's ... Staff all friendly and polite. Venue itself had good challenges and a variety of games. Facilities were good.

A fantastic event that can be enjoyed by everyone. It was certainly well organised and everyone is very friendly we loved it and cannot wait to go again
