I bought this Kew voucher for myself and sister to visit - it was great value especially with the Easter discount code. When arriving at Kew go to the 'buy tickets' line and show them the voucher code (I printed it off which is probably easiest - the staff member said they need a few minutes to input it) They then give you physical tickets and in you go! Very easy, and had a great day out.

I had not been to the cinema for like 3-4 years and normally I would not treat myself to go. But I got this for a Christmas present and went to go an watch the new James Bond film it was very cool with my girlfriend. The process of getting the code to then book the tickets was very simple and self explanatory. So I would recommend this as a present to anyone particularly someone who does not go to the cinema very often.

A lovely experience

We used Buyagift for theatre tickets to see Les Misérables and had a really great experience. The booking process was simple and straightforward, with plenty of options to choose from which made it a lovely gift idea. We had actually forgotten to book before the expiry date, but customer service were really helpful and allowed us to extend the voucher, which we really appreciated. Les Misérables itself was absolutely fantastic and didn’t disappoint at all — such an incredible show! Would definitely recommend ??

Wasn’t sure what to expect. But it was lovely Clean Lots of lovely touches in ladies changing/shower area fab bath robes & towels Dinner afterwards was extremely tasty and lovely staff. It was a lovely birthday gift…. Would go again !!

A wonderful location and fabulous afternoon tea. We bought it as a gift for our friends but also bought a voucher for ourselves as we had been previously and had a lovely experience. The gentleman and lady serving were both attentive and not intrusive.

The day out was great in all respects. But we had been given a gift and could choose anything up to the gift price. We knew we had to buy the experience before Sunday, but thought, due to all the BuyaGift pages saying, 'valid for a year', that once noted it was valid for a year. No. The experience had to be taken by the expiry date too and that's not made clear enough. Luckily we had decided to do it now so did not lose out. It costs £20 to extend the voucher. So I'd say, don't bother with an open voucher that can be used for anything, get the experience itself. Added to which, I was emailed a load of cheaper offers for the same experience but couldn't use them as I had been given a gift voucher. It was all a bit frustrating, but the day out, seeing the animals and tea were great.

Very open environment, plenty of space, waiters and very good tea selection offered as a gift package, we choose to have red wine and tea. We were also given an options if customers had allergies or veg preference. I would recommend and visit again,
