Easy to redeem Staff, venue, experience were all top class

This was a gift bought for us by family members, and we really enjoyed it. Food was excellent, staff were attentive, and of course, the views were amazing! Made event better by coinciding with the flypast to mark the Trooping the Colour - amazing to see the Red Arrows go past at eye level! The only issue was that the amount credited to the voucher didn't match with the amount listed on the bill. The manager was very helpful in sorting this out for us, and reduced the amount due from ourselves as soon as it was raised. Really impressed by his response, and only sorry that we had to ask. It sounded as though this is not uncommon between a gift company like yours and the restaurant.

Wonderful view while sipping a glass of (very reasonably priced) champagne!

The location and food exceeded our expectation. The service was attentive. Have a drink at the bar first to get the view east before going to your table which gives a north west view. The only criticism was that the entrance to the restaurant is through a cloakroom/storeroom which was a little off putting.
