Show off your creative side with this hands-on clay workshop for two. Whether you’re partial to a bit of pottery or new to the world of ceramics, you can enjoy learning new skills in a friendly and relaxed environment. This private session is bespoke and includes dedicated tuition from award-winning, degree qualified ceramicist Katherine Fortnum, who has over 10 years experience in ceramics. Before the session, you can discuss with Katherine your aims and what type of ceramic item you’d like to create, choosing selection of unique items . Then on the day, you’ll be given a demonstration and can create your unique piece from scratch! Katherine will be on hand throughout the session, providing you with personalised one-to-one tuition to help you create your desired ceramic piece .
- A private two-hour clay making workshop for two with award-winning ceramicist Katherine Fortnum who has over 10 years of experience
- Create a completely bespoke ceramic item from scratch

- All materials and bisque firing provided
- You’ll leave your creations in the studio and can collect after approximately eight weeks

- Minimum age: 8 years
- Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- This experience is not wheelchair accessible, there are four small steps into the studio
- This workshop is suitable for all abilities
- Due to high demand, it is advised that you book this experience 6 months in advance
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your arranged booking time
- Once it's ready, you can collect your creation from the studio or arrange postage for an additional fee
