Bought for my son for his birthday and decided to use this half term. The booking was so easy and straight forward. Great gift option.

Voucher was purchased as a gift, availability to utilise the voucher was a little difficult, but understandable due to summer and match days etc. Customer services were so helpful in helping pick the right day for us though. Great and informative Legend showed my boy around and there was plenty of opportunities for pictures, he had such a lovely time and hasnt stopped talking about it, would definitely recommend for any hammers fan!

Brought this as a gift for my dad, to go with myself and his 2 grandkids. My dad has Alzheimer’s and has never been to the new stadium. Supported West Ham all his life. This tour was amazing, Craig is fantastic and made my dad feel valued and important. He allowed my dad to lead the other guests out through the tunnel, sit in the mangers chair. Craig also brings a little humour. We have also done the spurs tour, and this is 100% better, in the way it is delivered. A personal touch, where Tottenham is self toured. Bringing history and current affairs together, throughout. Mentioning 1966 was a highlight for my dad. This was a day that maybe my dad will forget, but my children and I won't. Thank you

Martin ‘Mad Dog’ Allen was a wonderful host - enthusiastic and keen that everyone enjoyed themselves and got the most out of their visit. It was great to go behind the scenes on the stadium tour and to experience what it’s like to be a player or official at the academy of football.
