It was a lovely experience on a dismall afternoon in very wet and windy conditions on a Thursday afternoon.

This was the first time I’d been to a spa day and I wasn’t disappointed going to Greenwoods. The staff were warm and friendly from the moment we entered at reception, to the bar staff who served us drinks, the waiting staff at lunch, the beautician who did my treatment and the girls who worked at the spa were very accommodating and lovely. The package we had was a day at the spa, one treatment and a two course lunch. The full body massage was very relaxing. I’d recommend the heated relaxation room afterwards - lovely touch. The two course meal was incredible and could not fault. The food was amazing and delicious, very good value for money the staff were friendly and faultless. The spa was nice and clean and was very relaxing and just what we needed. I will definitely going back again and will recommend to friends and family.

The treatments (facial & Indian head massage) by Ruby was amazing. Just what was needed, I did not want it to end. The rest of the facilities were great too and the lunch was incredible.

Afternoon tea at the Georgian restaurant at Harrods was a gift from my daughter for my birthday. It was such a wonderful day, the staff were very attentive, explained what all the filling were in the Sandwiches, and what the beautiful looking cakes were. Everything was displayed so nicely. The tea was plentiful. Never felt if we were being rushed to finish, offered more Sandwiches when we finished our servings. It was such a wonderful afternoon and truly brilliant gift.

We had a lovely afternoon tea at Greenwoods. I hadn’t been before but the room was lovely and food very nice.

We had absolutely fantastic stay. The staff were all very helpful and very pleasant.

I received this experience from my husband for Christmas, and took my daughter with me. We both enjoyed making our own perfumes, and learned a lot about the different notes in each fragrance. We both enjoyed the experience and were very happy with our bottles of our very own scents!

Bought for myself as a treat!

This was originally a birthday gift from my son. 3 course dinner for 2 including a glass of bubbly. In fact we exchanged the voucher on our anniversary, and as the restaurant asked, we told them that, and they added a delightful chocolate surprise at the end. The food was fabulous, the venue spectacular (previously a 19th century Victorian chapel, and then a the gym of a girls' school) and the service attentive without being intrusive.

My friend and I were looking for somewhere different to go to relax and have a catch up. I came across the twilight spa experience with afternoon tea on buyagift and purchased it. We went yesterday and had a great relaxing time. The afternoon tea was delicious too! We would definitely go back.

Found it easy to search for the right hotel and booked efficiently
