Sandwiches tasty but too small the size of a fish finger. Not enough clotted cream . Cakes OK but dry.
Not offered refill on tea
But staff warm and welcoming.

This afternoon tea was quite difficult to book and I had to call the hotel for them to make sure my dietary requirements were met. I emailed them again to confirm but no reply which resulted in me calling them again.
The sandwiches and cakes were average. The cappacino and latte did not taste very nice, this experience is not worth the money. There are other afternoon tea’s that have been more pleasent and have been cheaper.
I would not reccommend.
We had to go and eat elsewhere an hour later

The afternoon tea was amazing selection was excellent, food standard excellent and amazing customer service staff were very friendly felt very welcome. Definitely will be coming back!

Lovely afternoon at the Novotel London Bridge. Welcomed by a very attentive team who discreetly made sure we had a great time without us feeling rushed in anyway (which I’ve had elsewhere). Would recommend this venue.

Booking was not straightforward, it was hard to get through, then told it has to be done by email. Venue was hard to find but it was a nice comfortable setting. The food was basic and not enjoyable, possibly cause upset stomach. I wouldn’t return or recommend.
