Yet another delicious afternoon tea at Veenos. The service is always friendly and efficient and the food served is different from the usual run of the mill sandwiches and cakes. Huge portions and staff were happy to parcel up uneaten food for us to take away. I highly recommend this deal.

Made really welcome - Lovely and very different afternoon tea. Really enjoyed it all ! delicious food - what's not to like ? A lovely afternoon and hope to go back again and enjoy another of the food/wine pairing options !

I brought this for my friends birthday. The food was very nice and and so was the restaurant setting. However my 3 stars is due to the poor customer service of both waitresses we received. We were informed there was no coffee and they listed all the drinks we couldn't have latte, cappuccino with no apology or other alternative drinks offered for the machine not working. We ordered extra drinks and when the cocktail came over was informed that is the "last one we can have and can't order another one" with no explanation given, have they run out of the ingredients or just can't be bothered to make the drink. Waitress couldn't explain what the ingredients were on the sandwiches just that she should have remembered as had already been told. It wasn't very busy in there , and was then asked if we had requested a food box which we hadn't, so seemed to imply they were asking us to hurry up and leave. Table then started to be cleaned and no one came back so we went to the bar to pay. If the staff improves would be a great place to go.
