A lovely experience

Everything was well organised. The staff were friendly and helpful. The alpacas were beautiful and well behaved, I think I made a new friend! The afternoon tea was filling and looked delicious. We will definitely like to return again. Only one small niggle, the taps in the gents toilets need fixing as they keep running and wasting water.

Amazing afternoon tea experience

We were greeted warmly and seated at a lovely table by the window. Decor was very impressive . Our server was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process. The food was delicious as was the masala chai which was hot and perfectly balanced. The flavours of the different items were extremely good. A very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend

Brilliant experience

Such a lovely caring atmosphere for the customer experience and the furies. The afternoon tea was lovely along with the Prosecco and the service was very good. Our assistant knew her cat history very well and when all the cats followed her downstairs it was a lovely to see, clearly happy cats, thank you
