Cookery Classes in North West England

Had a great time at this workshop, learnt a lot. The tutor was clear and precise, presented in a way it was easy to understand. It was made clear that our needs were important and made sure they were met! Making the giant buttons and the truffles was a complete eye opener to me , thoroughly enjoyable and leaving me with a desire to do more when I got home ! If you love chocolate you’ll love this course , I do and I did ! Highly recommended!!

Excellent fun cookery course

Great tea knowledge and friendly staff, ideal location and exceptional flavours to taste! This session did not disappoint as any tea lover will know, you get to try a huge variety of tea blends and be told a variety of ways to Taylor your teas to make the ideal brew from hot to cold , baked or cooked , in cocktails mocktails and all the in between. The history of bird & blend was incredible and inspiring and glad to see other tea lovers spreading happiness around the stores. I would recommend this experience for anyone with a huge interest in tea and mixology as you are able to make your own tea blends at the end!

Really interesting walk with Aaron learning how to identify edible and very poisonous plants on the marsh in north Norfolk. Totally recommend.

We had a wonderful time and came away with some very tasty truffles (though they didn't last long - we scoffed them on the way home!)

Not yet completed my class but the process for redeeming the voucher was straightforward and there are plenty of different classes to choose from.
