Great value and effortless booking—much cheaper than the official Kew Gardens website. I purchased last minute and everything went smoothly. The unexpected bonus was free entry to the Orchid Festival when collecting our tickets at the gate. A perfect surprise that made the visit even better.

I thought the display of sandwiches and cakes were excellent,although we did not like the curry sandwiches but still ate them to be polite the staff was excellent,all in all we will be using you again thankyou.

The treatments (facial & Indian head massage) by Ruby was amazing. Just what was needed, I did not want it to end. The rest of the facilities were great too and the lunch was incredible.

Busy vibe on arrival, however, the staff were friendly and attentive and the food was good. Would recommend ??.

Afternoon tea at the Georgian restaurant at Harrods was a gift from my daughter for my birthday. It was such a wonderful day, the staff were very attentive, explained what all the filling were in the Sandwiches, and what the beautiful looking cakes were. Everything was displayed so nicely. The tea was plentiful. Never felt if we were being rushed to finish, offered more Sandwiches when we finished our servings. It was such a wonderful afternoon and truly brilliant gift.
