About the experience
Indulge in a delicious selection of sandwiches, cakes, pastries and scones with clotted cream and preserves, in the stylish lounge at magnificent Greenwoods Hotel and Spa, located in a stunning 17-century manor house. The peaceful manor is set in beautifully landscaped gardens in the charming Essex village of Stock – yet can be reached in just 40 minutes from London’s Liverpool Street Station. Once you’ve eaten your fill of tasty treats and washed it all down with a refreshing pot of tea, you’ll have use of the spa facilities from 2pm until 9pm – allowing plenty of time to go for a swim in the 20-metre lap pool or simply relax in the sauna, Jacuzzi, steam rooms and monsoon shower. A delicious mini-retreat in easy reach of the Capital.

Busy but relaxing
The Twilight spa package was really relaxing but the pool area was very busy. There was a wedding on so perhaps that’s why there were so many guests. My friend and I still had a lovely time and made sure to rotate and use all the facilities and the afternoon tea was really great! They even provided complimentary dessert plates for our joint birthday.

Excellent afternoon tea which was delicious in a lovely cosy lounge. Staff were very helpful. Spa facilities were great. This was a present for my friend which she really loved, A very enjoyable afternoon/evening
