About the experience
Experience the incredible sensation of a helicopter flight with a 20-minute lesson led by a professional instructor. You’ll receive a pre-flight briefing before taking to the skies and trying the controls for yourself. This exciting experience also includes a flight certificate and complimentary pilot notes to take home.
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- Your voucher is valid for one person at selected UK locations
- Available on weekend dates from April–October, with no flights during winter months
- Please allow 45 minutes for this experience including 20 minutes of flying
- Minimum age: 12 years
- Maximum height: 1.98m
- Maximum weight: 133kg
- The dress code is casual
- Up to two observers may share the experience for an additional charge of £30 for one observer or £50 for two, payable directly to the supplier
- Spectators are welcome and may take photographs

3rd time lucky
After 2 attempts in the summer, cancelled due to poor weather conditions, it was 3rd time lucky.
The staff were very friendly and helpful on all occasions, and apologetic when cancelled.
The flight was smooth and interesting, going over the sea, over a castle and grounds etc. About 15 minutes into the flight, you take over the controls, under the guidance of the pilot.
