What do I need to know?

• This experience requires pre-booking
• Minimum age: 8 years. Please note, all children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult (18+ yrs) on the course
• Minimum weight: 30kg
• Minimum height: 1.2m
• This experience is unsuitable for pregnant women, or those who are unable to carry out moderate exercise
• Please wear loose, sensible clothing and flat shoes - shoulders and thighs should be covered
