What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available week round, year round, with limited availability during weekends and holidays.
• Please arrive at least 45 minutes before your booked time
• Maximum weight: 18st 7lb
• Minimum age: 3 years (for those under 18 years, a parent or guardian must sign a waiver on the day of the flight)
• Participants will not be able to fly if they are pregnant, have ever had a dislocated shoulder or are under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, meanwhile those with a history of neck/back/heart problems should check with their doctor first. If you have any additional needs, please inform the supplier in advance
