What do I need to know?

- Spa access is from 10am to 12pm, with lunch served at 12.30pm
- Guests should arrive 15–20 minutes before their booked time
- Please allow four hours for this experience
- Minimum age: 16 years
- Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult to use spa facilities
- Spa treatments are only accessible to clients 18 and older
- Please bring suitable footwear and swimwear; single-use flip-flops are available for purchase an additional charge
- Towels and robes are provided
- Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements or allergies at the point of booking
- If you've had surgery in the last six months, seek medical advice before attending
- If you are pregnant or undergoing treatment for a medical condition, please inform the venue at the time of booking
- Written consent from a consultant is required to attend if you are undergoing any treatment for any type of Cancer
- Please bring your voucher and email confirmation on the day
