• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available week round, year round
• Please allow five hours for this experience
• Minimum: 16 years
• Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult for spa access
• If you are undergoing treatment for Cancer, written medical consent must be provided before receiving treatment. If you have undergone surgery in the last six months, please seek medical advice from your consultant or doctor. If you are undergoing medical treatment or are pregnant, please inform the venue as services may need to be adjusted.
• The thermal journey begins at 10am and ends at 3pm
• Lunch is served in the hotel restaurant at 12.30pm
• Spa use is available between 10-12pm
• Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking
• Please bring your own suitable footwear and swimwear; single-use flip flops are available for purchase at an additional charge
• Towels and robes are provided
