What do I need to know?

• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available week round, year round
• Guests must arrive 15–20 minutes before their booking time
• Spa access is from 1pm–3pm, with afternoon tea served afterwards at 3.30pm
• The venue has disabled access
• Minimum age: 16 years
• Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult for spa access
• You must be at least 18 to access spa treatments
• Towels and robes are provided
• If you have had surgery in the last six months, please seek medical advice from your consultant or doctor
• Please bring your own suitable footwear; single-use flip flops are available for purchase at an additional charge
• Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking
• If you are pregnant, inform the venue when booking as services may need to be adapted
• If you are undergoing treatment for Cancer, written medical consent must be provided before receiving treatment
• If you are undergoing medical treatment, please inform the venue as services may need to be adjusted
