What do I need to know?

• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available week round, year round
• Spa use is from 1.00pm–3.00pm, with afternoon tea served at 3.30pm
• Please allow around four hours for this experience
• Minimum age: 16 years
• Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult to access the spa facilities and 18+ to enjoy spa treatments
• The venue has disabled access with wheelchair-friendly facilities
• If you have undergone surgery within the last six months, please seek medical advice before attending
• If you are undergoing treatment for Cancer, written medical consent must be provided before receiving treatment
• Please bring your own suitable footwear and swimwear for spa use; single-use flip-flops are available for purchase on the day
• Towels and robes are provided
• Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements or allergies at the point of booking, as these cannot be accommodated on the day without prior notice
• For safety, please inform the spa if you are pregnant or undergoing treatment for any medical condition with written consent from a consultant, as services may need to be adjusted
