The spa cancelled as we were just at the entrance doors
Absolutely disgusted and highly disappointed at the spa day booked for my daughter’s 30th birthday. She drove all the way down from Bristol to Cardiff so she could be treated and they left me a WhatsApp message 10 minutes before our booking time as we were parking in the car to tell us it was cancelled and there was no staff there who could fulfil any of the treatments will not be returning. I thought it was highly unprofessional not even a telephone call but a WhatsApp message 10 minutes before we were due for our booking. Absolute shambles and will never use them again waiting for a refund.

Spa Day with 25 minute treatment
Unfortunately I was contacted at five to ten on day of treatment to say needed to be cancel treatment due to staff sickness but we could use facilities. However pool was extremely cold hot tub luke warm. Was informed we could rebook spa day with treatment but I have not had email/contact so that this can ge booked
